Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all gaskets, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the plumbing components, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
